OtherA- "Parking options": 1. Sometimes I have available my private parking spot across the street for one car. The costs is $25/24 hours. Please, contact me to check if it is available. 2. Metered parking at 444 Brickell Avenue (across the street from our building) 3. There is a valet parking in our building that costs $34 dollars/overnight and $11/hour during the day. 3. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost could vary from $15 to $20 dollars/overnight. We have in our area, metro mover that connects with other Miami areas like downtown. Travel in the metro mover is free. B- "Planing to Cook" or buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during the stay in our apartment: five minutes walking from the Icon Brickell Building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market.
