It is surrounded by the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River. Also Business Center at W Hotel is available. The Icon Spa ( it is closed because social distancing COVID-19): a staggering 28,000 square-feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards, unlimited for the duration of their stay.; also the gym is free of charge (use guest cards from my unit). 2. Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed renovated with 14 Millions Dollars of investment, was re-opened in December 29,2018. It is open. 3. State-of-the-Art Cardio & Free Weight Center. It is open. 4. Cipriani Italian Restaurant found on porte-cochere level 5. OtherParking Options: 1. I could offer my private parking garage across the street if it is available for $25/day . You should contact me in advance to check it. 2. There is a valet parking in our building that costs $34 dollars/overnight and during the day $11/hour. 3. There is a public parking garage across the street that costs $30/24 hours from Monday-Friday (8:00 p.m) and $25/24 hours from Friday (8:00 p.m) - Sunday (11:59 p.m.) If you use this option, you have to download the app, in your cellphone, Parkmobile App. 4. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost varies from $20 to $30 dollars/overnight. When you park your car in a public parking garage, If you don't want to walk to our building, you could take the metro mover. Travel in the metro mover is free. B- Five minutes walking from the Icon-Brickell building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market if you plan to buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during your stay in my apartment.
